Bullion Prices Soar
The price of Bullion i.e., gold, platinum, and silver, has gone through the roof due to the instability in the world banking sector.
This has also exacerbated the share market, and of course gold is always a good place to put your money if these instabilities are around. The current price of gold is £15.498 per gram and platinum is £34.382 per gram.
The price in January 2005 for gold was £7.28 per gram and in 2006 was £10.33 per gram.
There are normally fluctuations in the price gold, but the prices at the moment are significantly higher than the norm.
However all is not lost, we will endeavour to absorb as much of the increase as we can in order to give you the customer the competitive prices you deserve.
In the third quarter of 2008 we hope to begin introducing a range of rings that reflect the espri-de-corps of our Regiments.
