Returns Policy

You can contact us via email or post, and the goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - less postage and packing.

Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.

Please contact us to help process your returned goods quickly and efficiently.

• Returned goods will be credited of returned in their original condition with original invoice.
• Goods accepted for return will be credited at the price on the invoice.
• Goods returned for credit that were correctly supplied, will be subject to a handling charge.

Sorry, but we are unable to cover the cost of return postage except where items are faulty or have been sent in error.
